I’ve been working as a personal trainer and running coach for nearly a decade and have personally competed in endurance sports from collegiate rowing to triathlon for nearly two decades. I specialize in heart rate-based endurance training for runners and triathletes as well as functional strength training for clients of all ages and backgrounds. One-on-One Personal Training
Starting in 2022, I’ve been training clients in a new at-home studio located in the Hilton Village neighborhood in Newport News, Virginia. The space is compact but functional, clean, and climate controlled and contains all of the top-end fitness equipment needed to program customized strength workouts for clients of all backgrounds, goals, and ages.
I specialize in working with endurance athletes to maximize their running/triathlon performance through strength training and to help keep them injury free. But I pride myself on being able to design creative, fun, and challenging workouts for anyone while ensuring the exercises and movements are safe and appropriate for their fitness and skill level.

Rates
I offer a free one hour consultation and strength training workout to new potential clients! After that, the base rate for one-on-one personal training is $45 for a 45 minute session and the following discounted packages are available when purchasing multiple sessions:
- 4 sessions for $165 (Save $15)
- 8 sessions for $320 (Save $40)
- 12 sessions for $455 (Save $75)
I also do couples (or two friends!) training sessions that can be a fun and more cost effective alternative to one-on-one training. Contact me for details!
Running Coaching and Endurance Training
Whether you’re a beginner looking to cross the finish line for the first time or an experienced athlete chasing an elusive PR, I can put together an individualized training program to get you there! I offer both in-person and virtual coaching options and I have experience designing training plans for running and triathlon races of all distances.

- Customized training plan based on consultation for any race distance along with weekly workouts
- Cost: $50 + $40 for each month of the training program

- Weekly virtual check ins
- Continual text/email access for workout questions, race nutrition tips, and other general training guidance
- Cost: $150/mo.

- Targeted strength training sessions for increased performance and injury prevention
